Guests line up, choose their placement, ink + print live and leave with something they’ll feel connected to (made by their own hands, not mass-produced).

How it works

  1. Book your rate (Community / Standard / Sustainer)

  2. We email an intake form to reserve your date + we confirm your stamp design direction + event flow

  3. We hand carve the stamps, prep totes + materials, and plan the station layout

  4. Day-of: We set up, run the station, coach guests through printing, and keep things moving

What guests do at the station

Guests choose placement, ink the stamp, and print their tote with guidance. We manage flow, troubleshoot, and keep it clean and accessible. The vibe is communal, people hype each other up, compare prints, and take photos.

Capacity + flow

  • Includes 150 totes, which means up to 150 successful take-home prints built into the package.

  • Best experience for roughly 100–300 guests (not everyone prints; people rotate through).

  • Two stamps allows choice + cohesion without slowing the line.

Accessibility

Accessible setup options available (seated printing, varied heights, reduced-grip options, slower pacing, line management). Request accommodations in your intake.

Not included

Rush booking fees, additional totes/stamps, permits/venue fees, etc.

Sliding scale pricing

  1. Community Rate ($1,500): grassroots orgs / mutual aid / public schools / student groups / low-budget community events

  2. Standard Rate ($2,500): most weddings / parties / campus departments / small businesses

  3. Sustainer Rate ($3,850): corporate / large institutions / ticketed festivals / high-budget activations

PLEASE NOTE: Sustainer bookings help fund Community access.

Travel Pricing

Travel pricing is built into your selected travel zone (Zones B–D) beyond the base zone (30 miles from 94601). 

  • Bay Area base radius (~30 miles from 94601): Included

  • Zone B (31–120 miles): +$150 (local mileage + drive time)

  • Zone C (121–250 miles): +$600 (flight + 1 overnight if needed)

  • Zone D (251+ miles) / Nationwide: +$1,100(flight + hotel + rental/local transportation)

PLEASE NOTE: Zone travel pricing assumes booking at least 7 days in advance; last-minute bookings and/or cost spikes due to event dates/location may require a travel surcharge (we’ll confirm before booking).
