Campus Pop-Up Print Studio

from $2,000.00

We set up a staffed pop-up print station where students print a shirt or tote on the spot. We handle the stamp design + hand-carving, bring supplies and staffing, run the station, and clean up. Every package includes 170 student print items. Book it as a stand-alone pop-up or as one part of a larger event.

The experience

A contained, hands-on activity that works in high-traffic campus spaces. Students choose an ink color, place the item, print, and leave with it. Choose what student’s will have available as an option:

  • Totes: instant, universal, zero sizing

  • Shirts: higher perceived value + wearable campus energy (sizes collected in advance)

  • Mixed: the best of both (totes for speed + shirts for hype)

Why this works on campuses

  • Students can walk up and start within a minute.

  • We run the station and manage materials.

  • It supports engagement goals: students stop, stay, and interact.

  • Works across programs: admissions, student life, cultural centers, departments, student clubs, campus-wide programming, greek life, etc.

You can choose the format:

  • Stand-Alone Pop-Up: You want the print studio to be the program.

    • Good fit for: cultural center programming • student life engagement days • wellness/de-stress weeks • department visibility events • admitted student programming

  • Part of Your Event: You already have a program and want a featured activity inside it.

    • Good fit for: orientation/welcome week • resource fairs • open houses • conferences/special events • alumni programming
