Option A — Launch + Train + Handoff (Best value for clubs) +$450 (up to 90 minutes on-site)
We set up the station, train your 1–2 “Print Captains,” launch the first prints clean, then your team runs it for the rest of the event.
Includes:
Station setup + layout (line flow + drying setup)
Live demo + practice prints
Print Captain training (placement, pressure, troubleshooting, pacing tips)
Printed quick-start + troubleshooting sheet
Simple signage (Start Here • Placement Tips • Drying Area • Ask the Print Captain)
Station kit loaned for the event window (ink setup + brayers/rollers + tools + surface protection + cleanup supplies)
You provide: 1–2 Print Captains to run the station after we leave.
Option B — Staffed Print Moment (club format) +$100/hour (we stay and facilitate)
Short-format staffed coverage for tabling moments, club events, general meetings, involvement fairs, and programming windows.

A DIY version you run yourselves. Includes a stamp + ink setup + instructions so your club can run a self-serve print table.
Best for: fundraisers, tabling, classrooms, volunteer-led events.
Step 2 — Choose your stamp plan
Pre-Made Stamp Library (included)
To keep it affordable, clubs can choose 1 stamp from our pre-carved Club Stamp Library (fast, bold, line-friendly).
Want a custom stamp? Add it:

+1 custom stamp: $200
+2 custom stamps: $375
Best for: club name/year, a phrase, a simple logo/mark, or a clean illustration.
Step 3 — Choose your blank items (or BYO)
BYO blanks (most affordable): Bring your own totes/shirts/bandanas/jackets/etc. and/or for a sustainable option, pair this event with a clothing swap and/or have attendees bring something to be printed on. We’ll advise what prints best.

Optional add-ons
Fundraiser Mode (no extra fee): Want the station to help raise money for your club? We’ll format the station + signage so you can run suggested donation prints (you handle the donation collection).
Co-Sponsor Invoicing (no extra fee): We can format your build as a clean split so you can ask a department or cultural center to match the cost (club pays part, sponsor covers the rest).
What you need to provide
A 6–8 ft station area (ideal: 8’ x 8’)
A day-of contact + load-in point
If you choose shirts: a size list collected in advance
If you choose Launch + Handoff: 1–2 Print Captains to run the station after we leave
Accessibility
We can set up for access needs: seated printing, varied heights, reduced-grip options, slower pacing, line spacing, sensory considerations. Share what you need in your intake.
Tool care (for Launch + Handoff / DIY)
Station tools are loaned for the event window. Your team is responsible for reasonable care of loaned tools.

Bay Area base radius (~30 miles from 94601): included
Zone B (31–120 miles): +$150
Zone C (121–250 miles): +$600
Zone D (251+ / Nationwide): +$1,100
Zone pricing assumes booking at least 7 days in advance. Last-minute bookings may require a surcharge (confirmed before booking).
