Step 1 — Choose your base format
Option A: Launch + Train + Handoff — +$450 (up to 90 minutes on-site)
We roll in, set up the station, train your 1–2 Print Captains, and launch the first prints clean—then your people run it for the rest of the event.

You provide
1–2 Print Captains to run the station after we leave
Option B: Staffed Print Moment — +$100/hour (we stay + facilitate)
Short-format staffed coverage for backyard hangs, birthdays, house parties, community meetings, small celebrations, and pop-up moments.
+1 hour: $100
+2 hours: $200
+3 hours: $300
Option C: DIY Print Bar Starter Kit (No staff) — +$300
A self-run version for neighbors who want the station without staffing. Includes a stamp, ink setup, signage, and instructions so your group can run a self-serve print table.
Best for: potlucks, fundraisers, block gatherings, volunteer-led events, small celebrations.
REMINDER: Neighbor Deal = community pricing for community-hosted events. If an organization is paying for or hosting the event (business, campus unit, nonprofit, brand, cultural center, etc.), you’ll need a custom quote or a standard package.
Step 2 — Choose your stamp plan
Neighbor Stamp Library (Rental) — +$100
To keep things truly affordable, choose a themed stamp set from our pre-carved library. You rent it for the event window, then return it.
Want a custom stamp instead?
+1 custom stamp: $200
+2 custom stamps: $375
Great for: a name/year, a short phrase, a simple mark, or a clean illustration.
Step 3 — Choose your blank items (or bring your own)
Bring your own blanks — +$0
Bring totes/shirts/bandanas/jackets/etc. For a sustainable option, pair this with a clothing swap or ask guests to bring one item to print on. We’ll share what prints best.

Fundraiser Mode
Want the print bar to help raise money for a mutual aid need, family support, or community fund? We’ll format the station + signage for suggested-donation printing. (You handle donation collection.)
Co-Sponsor Split
We can format your build as a clean split so a friend, neighbor group, or small sponsor can cover part of the cost.
What you need to provide
A 6–8 ft station area (ideal: 8’ x 8’)
A day-of contact + load-in point
If you choose shirts: a size list collected in advance
If you choose Launch + Handoff: 1–2 Print Captains to run the station after we leave
Accessibility
We can set up for access needs: seated printing, varied heights, reduced-grip options, slower pacing, line spacing, and sensory considerations. Share what you need in your intake.
Tool care (Launch + Handoff / DIY)
Station tools are loaned for the event window. Your team is responsible for reasonable care of loaned tools during use and return.

Bay Area base radius (~30 miles from 94601): included
Zone B (31–120 miles): +$150
Zone C (121–250 miles): +$600
Zone D (251+ / nationwide): +$1,100
Zone pricing assumes booking at least 7 days in advance. Last-minute bookings may require a surcharge (confirmed before booking).
