Student
clubs + orgs
Budget-friendly print bar options for student club events and programming, tabling, meetings, involvement fairs.
Build the mini-campus print experience that matches your budget, schedule, and turnout. Choose how the station is staffed, how many print items you want included, and how many custom stamps you want carved. We plan the flow, set it up for public high-traffic spaces, and make it easy on your team.
What we bring (included with all campus builds)
Campus-ready station layout + surface protection + drying setup
Ink + tools + printing materials
Printed signage + simple instructions
Pre-event coordination (layout, timing, accessibility needs, campus constraints)
Setup + breakdown + cleanup plan (based on staffing option)
Accessibility
Tell us what access needs you’re planning for (table height, seating options, line spacing, sensory considerations). We’ll design the setup around that.
How it works
Choose your build (staffed or handoff + inventory + stamps)
Send event details (date, location, audience, goals)
We confirm stamp direction + station plan + any sizing needs (if shirts)
Day-of: we set up, run the staffed experience or train your Print Captains and hand it off
Procurement-ready
W-9 • COI • Net-30 • Purchase orders • Vendor onboarding support
Request availability + a campus quote
Don’t see what you need? Submit a quote and tell us your date, event type (stand-alone or part of an event), estimated attendance, and whether you want totes, shirts, or a mix. We’ll respond with availability, a recommended setup, and a quote.
Equity & Access (NOTAFLOF)
We know many campus programs are navigating reduced programming budgets, especially cultural centers and student-led programs. We offer sliding-scale pricing and, when capacity allows, we do our best to honor NOTAFLOF (no one turned away for lack of funds). If cost is your barrier, share your budget range in the quote request form and we’ll recommend the strongest fit.

Our Packages
*
Flexible pop-ups for departments, centers, residence life, resource fairs, welcome weeks, and small campus community events.
A full-service, branded campus print activation designed for high-visibility events. We manage the custom design, installation, on-site facilitation, and breakdown, ensuring the experience feels seamless, intentional, and fully integrated into your program.
The experience
Students step up, select from a curated set of print options, and create a tote or shirt on-site with guidance from our team. They leave with a functional keepsake made in the moment; something more distinctive, personal, and memorable than standard pre-printed swag.
Built around your campus identity
Unlike our Build-Your-Own option, we develop the activation around your campus identity, event theme, and intended audience so the experience feels specific to your institution. That can include school colors, branding, and other visual elements that make the activation feel unmistakably tied to your event.
It also pairs beautifully with school-spirit and brand-forward event design, including mascot appearances, welcome-week signage, themed backdrops, admissions visuals, and other campus touches that strengthen the overall atmosphere and create a more cohesive guest experience.
Why this works on campuses
The format is immediate and approachable. Students can walk up and begin within moments.
Our team runs the station and manages the flow, making it easy to incorporate into events with heavy foot traffic.
The activation supports meaningful engagement: students pause, participate, connect, and leave with something tangible.
It strengthens welcome-week energy, makes admitted-student and yield events more memorable, reinforces school pride, and gives students a take-home item that feels connected to the moment rather than generic swag. It is also highly photographable, which helps extend the life of the experience beyond the event itself.
It works across campus settings: admissions, student life, cultural centers, academic departments, student organizations, Greek life, campus-wide initiatives, and conference-style programming.
Flexible event formats
