We send a short intake (event details + stamp direction)
We confirm the stamp design + the cleanest station flow
We carve + prep totes + pack the kit
Day-of: we arrive, set up, train your captains, launch the first prints, and hand off
What guests do
Guests choose placement, ink the stamp, and print their tote. Your Print Captains help with:
pressure coaching
keeping ink consistent
making sure prints dry cleanly
light pacing so it doesn’t get chaotic
Capacity + expectations
This is a setup + launch + handoff package. After the launch window, print results depend on guest flow, surfaces, and how closely hosts follow the instructions.
Included totes by sliding scale tier
Community: includes 30 totes (up to 30 take-home prints built in)
Standard: includes 80 totes (higher coverage for mid-size events)
Sustainer: includes 100 totes for higher-traffic / high-visibility events
If you expect a lot of people will want to print, choose a higher tier or add an additional tote bundle so the station doesn’t run out early.
Accessibility
We can set the station up for seated printing, varied heights, reduced-grip options, and slower pacing. Request accommodations in your intake and we’ll build it into the handoff.
Not included
Ongoing facilitation, line management, or cleanup
Additional stamps (only 1 included) or totes beyond the included 30 (available as add-on)
Rush booking fees, extra on-site time beyond 90 minutes (priced per hour)
Sliding scale pricing (recommended)
Community — $500 (30 totes): grassroots orgs / mutual aid / public schools / student groups / low-budget community events
Standard — $750 (50 totes): most parties / campus departments / small businesses
Sustainer — $1,050 (80 totes): corporate / large institutions / ticketed events / high-visibility activations

Bay Area base radius (~30 miles from 94601): included
Zone B (31–120 miles): +$150
Zone C (121–250 miles): +$600
Zone D (251+ / Nationwide): +$1,100
Zone pricing assumes booking at least 7 days in advance. Last-minute bookings may require a surcharge (confirmed before booking).
