The wedding weekend vibe
A print bar turns your wedding weekend into art-based joy. People cluster around it. They laugh. They compare prints. Your bestie prints three versions “just to get it perfect.” They can choose to make shirts for you, for themselves, or for the weekend. It’s tactile, social, and communal, in the best way.
What you provide
A 6–8 ft station area (ideal footprint: 8’ x 8’)
Unisex t-shirt sizes for your group
A load-in point + a day-of contact
Your theme direction (photos, words, references, inside jokes, location, colors, overall vibe)
Venue permission if required (Airbnb/venue rules, vendor check-in, etc.)
Everything else (ink, tools, station setup, facilitation, cleanup) I handle.
How it works
Book → intake → design → prep → print bar.
Book your date
You complete a short intake (names/date/location + vibe + stamp theme direction)
We confirm the stamp direction + station plan + best time to run it
I carve/prep everything
Day-of: I set up, guide, pace the line, and keep prints coming out clean
Capacity + expectations
This is designed for consistent lines and high guest engagement. Output depends on:
stamp complexity
venue conditions (lighting, wind, table stability, etc.)
guest flow + how hype people get
If you want every guest guaranteed a tote + shirt, we’ll size the included quantities to your headcount or add additional bundles so nobody misses out.

Bay Area base radius (~30 miles from 94601): included
Zone B (31–120 miles): +$150
Zone C (121–250 miles): +$600
Zone D (251+ / Nationwide): +$1,100
Zone pricing assumes booking at least 7 days in advance. Last-minute bookings may require a surcharge (confirmed before booking).
Additional details
Not included: rush booking fees, multi-day coverage (unless added), and anything beyond the agreed scope.
