What you provide

This package includes totes, and you can expand the options:

  • Option A: Use the included totes

    • Each guest prints a tote on-site (easy + consistent + high participation).

  • Option B: Bring-your-own items (in addition to totes)

    • Guests can also bring jackets, tees, bandanas, pants, etc.

  • Option C: Additional Blank Item Bundle

    • We supply additional blanks in a curated bundle (quoted by quantity + item type).

You’ll also provide:

  • A 6–8 ft station area (ideal footprint: 8’ x 8’)

  • A load-in point + a day-of contact

  • Venue permission if required (vendor check-in, Airbnb rules, etc.)

Everything else (ink, tools, station setup, facilitation, cleanup) we handle.

  • Want a custom stamp with your logo/monogram/event name? Add it on and we’ll blend it into the set.

  • Printed signage + printed instructions included.

  • Travel beyond base radius is added by zone at checkout.

How it works

Book your rate → submit your theme + event details → we confirm your stamp set + station plan + timeline → we prep → day-of we set up, run the station, and keep the line moving.

Capacity + expectations

This package includes up to 20 guests + up to 20 totes. Output depends on venue conditions, item types, and guest flow. If you expect more than 20 people who will want to print, add additional guest/tote bundles or a second station so nobody gets left out.

Add-ons

  • Additional guests beyond 20: quoted (based on headcount + flow)

  • Extra totes / tees / bandanas: quoted

  • Extra hour: $500/hr

  • Custom stamp design: logo / monogram / event mark (quoted)

  • Second station / second printer: for high-traffic events (quoted)

  • Custom signage/build-out upgrades: quoted

  • Rush timeline: if schedule allows (quoted)

Accessibility

Accessible setup options available: seated printing, varied station heights, reduced-grip options, slower pacing + line management. Request accommodations during intake and we’ll build it in.

Zone B (31–120 miles): +$150
Zone C (121–250 miles): +$600
Zone D (251+ / Nationwide): +$1,100

Zone pricing assumes booking at least 7 days in advance. Last-minute bookings may require a surcharge (confirmed before booking).

Not included: rush booking fees (unless added), multi-day coverage, venue-required vendor fees, and anything beyond agreed scope.
