What you provide
This package includes totes, and you can expand the options:
Option A: Use the included totes
Each guest prints a tote on-site (easy + consistent + high participation).
Option B: Bring-your-own items (in addition to totes)
Guests can also bring jackets, tees, bandanas, pants, etc.
Option C: Additional Blank Item Bundle
We supply additional blanks in a curated bundle (quoted by quantity + item type).
You’ll also provide:
A 6–8 ft station area (ideal footprint: 8’ x 8’)
A load-in point + a day-of contact
Venue permission if required (vendor check-in, Airbnb rules, etc.)
Everything else (ink, tools, station setup, facilitation, cleanup) we handle.

How it works
Book your rate → submit your theme + event details → we confirm your stamp set + station plan + timeline → we prep → day-of we set up, run the station, and keep the line moving.
Capacity + expectations
This package includes up to 20 guests + up to 20 totes. Output depends on venue conditions, item types, and guest flow. If you expect more than 20 people who will want to print, add additional guest/tote bundles or a second station so nobody gets left out.

Zone pricing assumes booking at least 7 days in advance. Last-minute bookings may require a surcharge (confirmed before booking).
Additional details
Not included: rush booking fees (unless added), multi-day coverage, venue-required vendor fees, and anything beyond agreed scope.
