This is a hands-on Stamp Bar designed for kids: playful, structured, and genuinely exciting. Kids choose their stamp(s), pick placement, ink + stamp with guidance, and leave with something they made themselves (wearable, usable, and proud-to-show-off).

Safety note: this experience is printing-focused. We bring pre-carved stamps (no kid carving tools) and run a paced, age-appropriate station for confidence building, art, and creativity.

What’s included

Up to 2 hours of guided Stamp Bar printing

A focused, high-energy window that stays fun (not chaotic). Kids get support with placement, pressure, and pacing so their prints come out clean and they feel proud.

15 kids included + their print item (choose your base)

Each child gets one main item to stamp during the experience. You choose which item type you want to anchor the party around:

  • Option 1: Tote Party — up to 15 blank totes included (one per kid)

  • Option 2: Tee Party — up to 15 blank tees included (one per kid; sizes required in advance)

  • Option 3: Denim Party (BYO) — kids bring jean jackets or denim pants to stamp (denim holds ink beautifully and feels extra special)

Want a mix (some totes + some denim)? Totally doable—just note it in the intake and we’ll plan the flow.

Size note (tees + some totes): If you choose tees, we’ll collect a quick kids’ size list during intake so everything is ready and smooth day-of.

We bring a cohesive set of stamps so the station feels intentional. You can pick a theme, send your invite/cake/decor vibe, or we’ll build one based on what you share.

  3. Sustainer — $2,500: Larger parties, premium venues, high guest count / financial cushion (savings/expendable income)

Book your date → quick intake (age group, theme, item choice + sizes if tees) → we confirm your stamp set + station flow → day-of we set up, run the Stamp Bar, and keep it smooth + fun.

Party version details (so everything runs smooth)

  • This is printing only. No carving tools are used with kids.

  • Package includes up to 15 kids and is designed for each kid to stamp one main item.

  • Denim option is bring-your-own by default (jean jackets or pants).

  • Need us to supply denim? We can, but it’s quoted as a premium Blank Item Bundle and depends on sizing + availability.

  • Travel beyond base radius is added by zone at checkout.

What you provide

  • A 6–8 ft station area (ideal footprint: 8’ x 8’)

  • A day-of contact

  • Your chosen print item plan: totes/tees/denim

  • If choosing tees: kids’ sizes (we send a simple form)

  • Optional: theme/vibe direction (colors, icons, party theme)

Everything else (ink, tools, station setup, facilitation, cleanup) is handled by me.

Capacity + expectations

Designed for high-energy pacing. Output depends on age group, item types, and guest flow. For the smoothest experience, we recommend one main item per kid. Hosting more than 15 kids? Add time or a second station so kids don’t spend the party waiting in line.

Accessibility + sensory needs

We can build the station for different needs: seated printing, varied heights, reduced-grip options, slower pacing, quieter instruction options, and line supports. Share accommodation needs in the intake and we’ll build it in.

Zone pricing assumes booking at least 7 days in advance. Last-minute bookings may require a surcharge (confirmed before booking).

Not included: rush booking fees (unless added), permits/venue fees, venue-required vendor fees, paid parking/tolls, and anything beyond agreed scope.
