What you provide
A 6–8 ft station area (ideal footprint: 10’ x 10’)
A load-in point + a day-of contact
Your design direction: initials/names/date + vibe references (floral, modern, romantic, bold, etc.)
That’s it. We supply the blanks + run the whole station.
How it works
Book your rate → short intake → confirm stamps + station plan + timeline → confirm your chosen Print Moment format → we carve/prep → day-of we set up, run the station, and keep it moving.
Capacity + expectations
Designed for consistent lines and high guest engagement. Output depends on stamp complexity, venue conditions, and guest flow. If you want every guest guaranteed a tote/textile, we’ll size additional bundles to your headcount.
Accessibility
Accessible setup options available (seated printing, varied heights, reduced-grip options, slower pacing, line management). Request accommodations during intake and we’ll build it in.

Bay Area base radius (~30 miles from 94601): included
Zone B (31–120 miles): +$150
Zone C (121–250 miles): +$600
Zone D (251+ / Nationwide): +$1,100
Zone pricing assumes booking at least 7 days in advance. Last-minute bookings may require a surcharge (confirmed before booking).
Additional details
Not included: rush booking fees (unless added), multi-day coverage, permits/venue fees, venue-required vendor fees, paid parking/tolls, and anything beyond agreed scope.
