This package is a step up from the 2-hour kids/wedding-weekend versions because it includes a custom carved stamp + 3 hours of live printing + planning.

  1. Community — $1,250: Choose this if you’re building the celebration on a tight budget or organizing a mutual-aid/community event where Standard would require real tradeoffs (rent/food/medical bills/debt catching up).

  2. Standard — $2,500: Choose this if you can book without it creating hardship, your essentials are covered, and/or you have discretionary room.

  3. Sustainer — $4,000: Choose this for large guest counts, premium venues, high-visibility parties, and/or if you have a financial cushion (savings/expendable income).

Sustainer bookings help fund Community access.

  • Includes 1 stamp (simple-to-moderate detail). Additional stamps available as add-ons.

  • Package includes up to 30 blank items (tees or totes).

  • Hosting more than 30? Add additional guest sets or a second station so nobody gets left out.

  • Printed signage + printed instructions included (custom fabrication/build-outs quoted).

  • Travel beyond base radius is added by zone at checkout.

What you provide

  • A 6–8 ft station area (ideal footprint: 8’ x 8’)

  • A load-in point + a day-of contact

  • Your theme direction (name/age/date + vibe references)

  • If choosing tees: guest size list (we’ll send a simple form)

How it works

Book your rate → short intake → confirm stamp + station plan + timeline → we carve/prep → day-of we set up, run the station, and keep the party moving.

Capacity + expectations

Designed for consistent lines and high guest engagement. Output depends on:
stamp complexity • venue conditions • guest flow

If you want every guest guaranteed a tote/tee, we’ll size a bundle to your headcount so nobody misses out.

Accessibility

Accessible setup options available: seated printing, varied heights, reduced-grip options, slower pacing, line management supports. Request accommodations during intake and we’ll build it in.

Zone pricing assumes booking at least 7 days in advance. Last-minute bookings may require a surcharge (confirmed before booking).

Additional details

Not included: rush booking fees (unless added), multi-day coverage, permits/venue fees, venue-required vendor fees, paid parking/tolls, and anything beyond agreed scope.
